English Heavy Metal vocalist Ozzy Ozbourne and Sharon Osbourne make a move to pay two million dollars towards their tax bill. Ozzy and Sharon who is a television host are trying put down something on their multi million-dollar outstanding tax bill.
Just recently it has been stated that the pair owe over $2 million (£3 miilion) to the IRS in back taxes. Osbourne took the blame for the oversight, saying at the time:
“The bottom line is it stops with me, so I have to face up, be a big woman and realize I’m not Mrs Wonderful.”
This according to TMZ, the pair have paid $718,948.25 (£467,680) for their unpaid taxes in 2008, covering around three quarters of the bill. They now owe over $1 million (£650,000) in unpaid taxes for 2007 and 2009.
At this time Ozzy Osbourne is reuniting with his’ Black Sabbath’ band mates, while Sharon is currently judges America’s Got Talent. The couple have also just become new grandparents to their son Jack Osbourne‘s daughter Pearl.
